A horse placed in one of our monthly charters can be shipped to Puerto Rico very economically. We also deliver horses throughout the Caribbean. Rates for this vary depending on whether a planeload charter is coordinated or if a horse is shipped individually. Arrangements can also be made to ship your horse to one of the nearby islands by boat.

Quarantine requirements and costs:

Procedures for Quarantine:

To enter quarantine you are required to have;

• a negative piroplasmosis (cElisa) Test less than 30 days prior to entering the US.

• a coggins (within 6 months / Form 10-4)

• a Health Certificate completed by your Vet. All animals must be free of Ticks and in good health.

Due to the high cost of plane, fuel, and outstanding payments, we can no longer offer the option of paying later. Quarantine charges are $750.00. The flight from quarantine to Florida is ________ making the total ______.

These charges must be paid before entering quarantine. Any extra charges will be billed later. **Upon prepayment you will receive a $200.00 discount making the total $_______.

If for some reason your horse is unable to make the trip, your payment will be refunded.

• Remember to fax us the copy of your deposit slip with your name and your horse's name.

HORSES ARE SHIPPED AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you wish to insure your horse, Jerry Parks Ins. offers 30 day- 1 1/2 % (mortality only) policy. Please feel free to call them for more information 352-237-2164

We also use Lorraine Horse Transportation, Located in Ocala Fl, Boston and Miami. If your horses is traveling to a further destination and you would like to know their charges in advance call toll free: 1800-423-5935

Please let us know if you need local vanning in Puerto Rico. Our prices vary according to your location.

• We are responsible for all USDA and US Customs paper work, so we stress that you complete the necessary information as soon as possible - Including:

• owners name • mailing address • Social Security number • complete address and zip codes of origin, destination and • value of animal.
